Job Title

This is a full-time role for an Operations Coordinator to support the Corrective Services Industries in NSW.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Records management and routine correspondence
  • Purchasing, internal & external order management within PRONTO systems
  • Monitoring system health and assisting with error corrections
  • Compiling information and preparing documentation in line with quality standards
  • Routine financial transactions and purchasing services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience with PRONTO systems, particularly in purchasing and order management
  • Tertiary qualification in an administrative or business-related field, or relevant work experience
  • A current NSW driver's licence, prepared to drive as part of the role
