Responsibilities:
  • Lead trainers in developing course materials and schedule planning
  • Maintain competency records via corporate processes
  • Collaborate with trade managers to identify and prioritize training needs
  • Develop critical systems training packages
  • Ensure accurate data entry for apprentice competencies
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The ideal candidate will possess relevant trade qualifications, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and at least 5 years of trade experience. They should also demonstrate knowledge and experience in Vocational Education and Training, as well as the ability to develop training programs and mentor staff.
