Competition, Consumer and Regulatory Specialist

The Competition, Consumer and Regulatory team offers a unique opportunity to work on complex cases and projects. As a specialist in this area, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers results-driven solutions.

We encourage our lawyers to find their niche and specialise in areas they are interested in, while building a strong foundation across their field. This allows them to develop a deep understanding of the law and its applications.

The CCR team has acted in many major mergers, competition and consumer investigations, prosecutions, access disputes and proceedings in Australia. The group conducts litigation and represents clients before various tribunals and courts.

  • Mergers and acquisitions

  • Anti-competitive conduct allegations
  • ACCC investigations and immunity applications
  • Access undertakings and arrangements
  • ACCC enforcement action and third party litigation
  • Marketing and advertising reviews
  • Review of contractual terms
  • Compliance programs
