IT Asset Manager Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Software Asset Management across a complex ICT environment, delivering cost-effective and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the organisation's Software Asset Management function, aligning with ITIL practices.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures for efficient asset management.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for effective service delivery.
  • Provide risk assessments and compliance reports to stakeholders.
About You
  • Hold strong knowledge of licensing models across major vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, VMware).
  • Have practical experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL practices, guiding your approach to software asset management.

Australian Citizens with a TSPV clearance are required for this position, which also demands transferable skills that can transition into this role.
