We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers, leveraging your expertise in cardiac electrophysiology to drive business success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing case and technical support at Radiofrequency ablation, Cryoablation, electrophysiology, and 3D mapping/navigation procedures.
- Enabling the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers through technical in-services, education, and presentations.
- Partnering with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions business.
- Supporting sales and marketing programs with specific complementary activities as provided by the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership and Marketing teams.
- Participating in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and knowledge.
- Gathering market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicating to Territory Managers and Cardiac Ablation Solutions Leadership.
- Identifying and facilitating execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Monitoring field inventory effectively and ensuring appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
- Supporting clinical study activities in conjunction with the Clinical Research team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience providing technical support in cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Interstate travel required up to 25%, valid driver's license, and your own transport is required.
