Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Paediatric & General Surgery unit.
This is a fast-paced ward specialising in ENT/Orthopaedics/Plastics and Paediatrics, as well as general surgical specialties.
- About the Role
- Provide high-quality nursing care
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
- Supervise and guide ENs and AINs to achieve optimal patient care
- Develop and implement education plans to support individualised patient needs
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in paediatrics or adult care
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Dedication to delivering quality patient care
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively independently and within a team
