We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an insulation installer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-job site inspections
  • Vacuum roof spaces efficiently
  • Inspect roof and ceiling damage
  • Evaluate completed work
  • Cut and install insulation
  • Drill walls for the installation of wall insulation
  • Plaster walls and ceiling, ensuring compliance with Australian Building Code standards
  • Provide training to staff on the Stewart Energy Fibremaster Supafill machine
  • Calculate the volume of insulation required to achieve an energy-efficient R2.1 rating
  • Determine the optimal drilling configuration for cavity walls to ensure consolidation of insulation material
  • Clean gutters
  • Install leaf stoppers
  • Install ventilators and skylights

Requirements:

  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated determination, tenacity, and resilience
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work hard to achieve results
  • Insulation experience
  • Full driver's license
