Insulation Installation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate job quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cut, install and finish insulation materials in accordance with Australian Building Code standards.
  • Drill holes in walls to facilitate the installation of insulation and calculate material requirements.
  • Train staff on the operation of specialized equipment such as the Stewart Energy Fibremaster Supafill machine.
  • Maintain exterior building features including gutters, leaf stoppers, ventilators and skylights.

 

Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential for this role.
  • Proven determination and resilience, accompanied by a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in insulation and valid driver's license required.
