Job Overview

This role is pivotal in guaranteeing the quality of services and work executed by our team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills to develop and maintain quality surveillance and tracking systems, implement QC plans, and monitor building conditions for potential QC issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining quality surveillance and tracking system for maintenance shops and subcontractors.
  • Designing and implementing QC plans, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advising senior management on quality control, safety, and environmental program status, strategies, issues, and potential problem areas.
  • Tracking specialized qualifications or credentials such as licenses, certificates, degrees, or training needed by personnel.
Essential Skills:
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Maintaining a positive image of the company through excellent customer service, vendor relations, and community engagement.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information related to the company, customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Being adaptable and flexible in work situations, establishing priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • PE certification or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Construction Quality Management course within 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1:2 ratio) with maintenance and repair facilities.
