Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient maintenance services within the energy plant.

The role involves managing and leading in-house technical resources and subcontractors, ensuring the integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered into internal databases, providing advice on maintenance and defect minimisation strategies, and developing an understanding of site-specific management plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive inspections and produce reports on nominated facilities and equipment.
  • Manage and lead in-house technical resources and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the integrity and maintenance of data and specifications entered into internal databases.
  • Provide advice on maintenance and defect minimisation strategies.
  • Develop an understanding of site-specific management plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Qld Electrical License.
  • HV Substation Awareness.
  • Low voltage rescue (CPR).
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • BMS training.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills.
  • Experience using QFM or similar maintenance management system.
