About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Bega Cheese. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and procurement, to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stockroom operations to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement process changes as needed
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including production staff, logistics teams, and customers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products

About You

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain planning software
