Job Opportunity: Regional Assurance Manager
About the RoleThis position plays a vital role in building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong connections with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Providing support and liaison services to clients.
- Developing strategies with clients to ensure understanding of and adherence to plant export policies.
- Fostering feedback mechanisms for clients and colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Authorised Officer Program and plant export policies.
- Representing the Plant Export Operations Branch at various forums.
Your key duties will include:
- Establishing and maintaining productive client relationships.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans with clients.
- Ensuring compliance with plant export regulations and policies.
- Representing the organization at external events.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a valid Australian motor vehicle driver's license.
- Meet physical requirements, including outdoor and office-based work.
- Comply with departmental Work Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Be prepared for extensive travel within the state.
- Participate in an on-call roster with restrictions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Knowledge and experience in plant exports operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze policies and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
