  • A results-focused manager with a strong track record in evaluating coaching impact and growing co-curricular and student leadership pathways.
Key Responsibilities

As a Head of Coaching, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading school-wide, holiday, and Swim Club programs aligned with our coaching philosophy.
  • Recruiting and supporting qualified coaches to enhance our coaching team.
  • Evaluating and enhancing coaching impact through data-driven decision making.
