We are seeking a dedicated Test Lead to join our Office of the CIO (OCIO).

The ideal candidate will lead and conduct testing activities across Scheme Digital Platforms projects, working closely with the Test Manager to ensure OCIO test strategy and standards are in place.

  • Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remains within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
  • Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalate issues and risks to project management.
  • Develop test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications.

  • Experience leading testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary reports.
  • Agile testing experience with team member accountability to commitment and delivery each sprint.
