Early Childhood Program Manager

The Early Childhood Program Manager plays a vital role in developing and implementing innovative learning programs for young children. They are responsible for collaborating with educators and teachers to create safe, secure environments that promote the growth and development of children.

This position offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The Program Manager will work closely with teams to develop and implement early learning programs that are reflective of current thinking and practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Lead and guide teams in designing and implementing innovative early learning programs.
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in early childhood education.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
