Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute audits, report findings and follow up where necessary, within agreed time scales and economic frameworks.
  • To ensure that the independent nature of the certification schemes is not compromised.
  • To liaise with existing and prospective clients.
  • To ensure that the work performed is in conformance with the certification requirements and procedures as laid down by the company.
  • When applicable, to supervise the work and issue work instructions to other members of an audit team.
Position Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years industry experience with detailed understanding of the relevant Disability and Human Services standards, NDIS, National Safety and Quality and Health Service Standards their application, related legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, reporting findings, and following up on any issues identified. They will also be expected to liaison with existing and prospective clients, ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company's certification requirements and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a related field, a minimum of four years' industry experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They must also be willing to travel frequently and have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
