We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Water Quality Auditor.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and rectifying cross connections between recycled and drinking water supplies.

This is a field-based role with most inspections taking place in the northern growth corridor of Melbourne.

You'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where we deliver essential water and sanitation services to our customers and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and complete comprehensive auditing of water supply systems to identify, report, and rectify cross connections.
  • Deliver a mandatory sewer inspection program.
  • Act as a liaison with stakeholders in the field.
  • Assist with administration activities related to water quality inspections.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid CCF White card.
  • Be a licensed or registered plumber for water supply and/or sanitary plumbing, or have significant experience in the plumbing or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in recycled water plumbing works – dual pipe plumbing systems advantageous.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and proven ability to provide auditing of water and sewerage reticulation and internal plumbing works.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, demonstrated competency as a Lead Auditor, and experience in managing documents, policies, and procedures.
