We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our close-knit team. As a key member of our centre culture, you'll inspire and motivate a passionate team of educators while creating engaging programs that support each child's learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and valid Blue Card/WWCC with current mandatory certifications. You'll bring a passion for making every day special for every child and a team-player attitude with a love for learning.
About the Role:- Inspire and Motivate: Guide, mentor, and lead a passionate team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Create Engaging Programs: Design and implement educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build strong relationships with families and your team, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
- Personal Growth: Pursue ongoing professional development and career advancement opportunities within our supportive environment.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Valid Blue Card/WWCC and current mandatory certifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for shifts Monday to Friday 6:00 - 6:00pm.
