Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to establish and manage the ICT environment for a leading public mental health service. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring secure, responsive, and high-quality ICT services that support the effective delivery of youth mental health services.

About the Role

The ICT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the local ICT environment to meet the needs of the organisation. This includes providing technical expertise, developing and implementing ICT strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology or Related Field
  • Proven Experience Delivering ICT Services in Health or Mental Health Settings
  • Strong Knowledge of Clinical Systems Used in Victorian Public Health
  • Ability to Manage Competing Priorities in a Sole-Operator Environment
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills
  • Vendor and Contract Management Experience
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity and Health Data Privacy Legislation
