Hospitality professionals seeking a challenging role may find this opportunity appealing. A world-class hotel in Western Australia is looking for an experienced food and beverage attendant to join its team.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work well under pressure. They should also be proficient in preparing and serving beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
A temporary schedule with flexible weekday and weekend availability is required. The successful applicant will have full Australian working rights and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area.
- Deliver top-notch customer service, solve problems, and maintain clear and professional communication
- Maintain high standards of preparation, service, and hygiene in the outlet
- Master sales systems and ensure seamless payment processes
To be considered for this position, you should have a proven track record in a comparable role, with a strong aptitude for hospitality service, leadership, teamwork, and patience. Strong English writing, reading, and speaking communication skills are essential, with a bonus for those who are multilingual.
A valid RSA certificate and experience as a barista are highly desirable. Personal development programs are available to support your career growth, and opportunities exist for advancement to Team Leader or Supervisor roles.
