Melbourne Talent Marketing Specialist

This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for influencer marketing and wants to develop their career in talent management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and working closely with the agency's senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base, as well as being an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful point of contact for clients.
- Support and work closely with the agency's Founders and senior management team to develop and expand the client/talent base.
- Develop and manage the sponsorship and delivery of projects for clients, from conception to completion.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with global trends across all social platforms.
- Support your team and ensure your key stakeholders are always informed/up-to-date.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience (at least 3-4 years) working in talent management or a related field.
- Familiarity with using social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Well-networked.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel is preferred.
