Procure to Pay Specialist

This role focuses on the implementation and user adoption of our procure-to-pay system.

The successful candidate will support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and rollout of our procure-to-pay process across the business.

This is a diverse role that requires collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders, and users to achieve excellent user experience and success in procure-to-pay processes.

The procure-to-pay specialist will be responsible for performing accounts payable functions through driving compliance and providing appropriate coverage in the processing of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing accounts payable functions
  • Managing relationships with staff, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining supplier master data
  • Driving standardisation and business compliance in the procure-to-pay process and systems
  • Developing user guides and training end-users as required
  • Maintaining and supporting users with procurement system matters
  • Reconciling vendor statements and investigating reconciling amounts on relevant general ledger accounts

Requirements:

  • Experience with procure-to-pay processes
  • Experience using AX and D365 (desired)
  • Experience with P2P automation platforms (desired)
  • Prioritising workload and forward planning
  • Administrative skills and organisational ability
  • Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • A curious and continuous improvement mindset
  • Attention to detail and willingness to raise and resolve issues
