
Procure to Pay Specialist

This role focuses on the implementation and user adoption of our procure-to-pay system.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and rollout of our procure-to-pay process across the business.
This is a diverse role that requires collaboration with vendors, internal stakeholders, and users to achieve excellent user experience and success in procure-to-pay processes.
The procure-to-pay specialist will be responsible for performing accounts payable functions through driving compliance and providing appropriate coverage in the processing of supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, and preparing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing accounts payable functions
- Managing relationships with staff, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining supplier master data
- Driving standardisation and business compliance in the procure-to-pay process and systems
- Developing user guides and training end-users as required
- Maintaining and supporting users with procurement system matters
- Reconciling vendor statements and investigating reconciling amounts on relevant general ledger accounts
Requirements:
- Experience with procure-to-pay processes
- Experience using AX and D365 (desired)
- Experience with P2P automation platforms (desired)
- Prioritising workload and forward planning
- Administrative skills and organisational ability
- Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate flexibility
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A curious and continuous improvement mindset
- Attention to detail and willingness to raise and resolve issues
