Renewable Energy Engineering Expert

This role plays a pivotal part in the conception, design, and execution of infrastructure for major capital projects within the renewable energy sector.

  • Lead detailed civil engineering tasks for wind farm projects, encompassing all phases from scoping and budgeting through to conceptual design, construction, and closeout.
  • Provide technical support during construction, addressing site-level engineering issues, verifying compliance, and ensuring timely resolution of civil works challenges.
  • Maintain and interpret engineering drawings such as site plans, road layouts, and foundation designs tailored to wind energy infrastructure.
  • Develop and specify materials and equipment, compiling all required documentation for project delivery, drawing on deep civil engineering expertise.
  • Perform complex civil engineering calculations, analyses, and detailed designs using best practices and forward-thinking methodologies.
  • Identify and develop alternative design methods to solve engineering challenges and optimise project outcomes within the wind energy sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Expertise in wind farm project development and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
