Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote products and services to meet customer needs
  • Supply service technicians with necessary parts
  • Research and interpret parts requirements
  • Place machine downtime and stock orders
  • Verify receipt of shipments and assist with delivery to inventory locations
  • Contribute to preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department
  • Follow up on back orders and shortages, escalating issues to management
  • Stay current with product knowledge
  • Participate in sales training programs

Key Requirements:

  • High level of initiative, organisation, and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and machinery
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Able to follow safe working environment procedures and operations
  • Forklift license preferred (training can be provided)
