
Customer Complaints Specialist

Transforming the energy industry requires a dedicated professional to oversee customer complaints and drive operational improvements.
This exciting opportunity in our Operational Insights and Governance team is based at our Perth CBD office, where you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance our service standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complaints and complex escalated cases, ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions, while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Apply proactive caseload management strategies to prioritize tasks, acknowledge complaints in a timely manner, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
- Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that boost efficiency and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and support throughout projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in frontline customer service roles, with a proven track record of managing complaints and driving positive outcomes.
- Strong analysis, reporting, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
