**About Us**
The practice offers a patient-centric model of care, focusing on multidisciplinary medical services provided to women and families.
We aim to simplify the patient experience by facilitating collaborative care with all healthcare providers using secure technology platforms.
Every data point created or stored on our patients is digitally accessible to them, including test/pathology/imaging results and consultation notes.
Our mission is to help women navigate the complex healthcare system and ensure they receive high-quality investigative and diagnostic care.
**The Role**
This position requires a high level of work flexibility, energy, attention to detail, independent motivation, and IT skills.
You will manage operations, scheduling, billing processes, and medical records.
Additionally, you will build alliances with external organizations and perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow processes.
**Requirements**
Previous administrative experience in the medical industry is preferred.
You should be IT proficient in common computing programs and platforms.
Understanding of clinic software is an asset but not essential.
A working knowledge of medical consultation billing and insurance schemes is required.
