About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Ingenia Communities.

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our coastal community, attending to repairs and maintenance issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the grounds and facilities to a high standard, including regular checks and repairs to accommodation and amenities.
  • Administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipment.
  • Perform garden labour tasks such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing, and complete other tasks as required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Great customer service skills and a positive attitude.
