Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a dynamic and innovative role that requires exceptional recruiting skills to drive end-to-end recruitment across internal roles within the business. The successful candidate will work closely with our growing talent team, leveraging expertise in LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to bring in top talent.

About You

You have several years of experience in recruiting, either from an internal or agency background. Your extensive LinkedIn network and passion for the recruitment industry make you an ideal fit for this role. You are tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and excited about the opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic business.

The Role

In this senior talent acquisition specialist position, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts across internal roles. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.

Your Portfolio

Your portfolio will sit within the recruiting recruiters space, where you will be able to utilize your expertise to identify and attract top talent. You will also work closely with operational teams to develop and implement efficient systems and processes.
