Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering supply chain projects from initiation through to execution.

The role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to develop, implement, and optimise them in alignment with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver supply chain projects from initiation through to execution
  • Develop, implement, and optimise supply chain processes aligned with GMP standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Logistics
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and risks to ensure continuity of supply
  • Build scalable processes to support growth and expansion
  • Drive vendor and supplier management to ensure compliance and performance
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met
  • Generate reports, provide insights, and present project updates to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years supply chain experience
  • GMP knowledge
  • Pharma industry background
  • Proven experience building processes in a start-up or growth environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results
