Lead Specialist in Advanced Gastrointestinal Medicine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Gastroenterologist to join our team at Gosford Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical management and consultation services to patients with gastroenterological conditions.
- Participate in an on-call roster, including emergency endoscopy procedures for the Central Coast Local Health District.
- Supervise and train junior medical staff, including prevocational and advanced trainees.
Requirements:
- Recognised specialist qualifications in Gastroenterology, such as Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent.
- Appropriate experience to practice as a Senior Medical Practitioner in Gastroenterology.
- Conjoint approval in Panendoscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP and EUS from the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA).
