Leading Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee our quality assurance activities.
- This role involves conducting audits, reviews and compliance checks across various areas of our operations.
- The successful candidate will monitor work practices to ensure alignment with quality standards and legislative requirements.
- A key aspect of this position is the development and maintenance of quality control systems, including routine inspections to maintain efficient processes.
- The individual in this role will analyze performance data to identify insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support for work planning will also be required, contributing to the development and review of Work Packages, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Job Modules.
- A trade qualification or tertiary degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is essential.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, safety, or inspection within heavy industry, power generation, utilities or a similar environment is highly regarded.
- Certificate IV or higher in Quality Management is desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing qualifications such as ISO Management Systems Auditing is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in managing registers and reporting tools are necessary skills.
