Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Final Trim Grader to join our Works Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out civil construction and maintenance tasks across the region, ensuring high-quality road infrastructure for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Civil Construction and Maintenance: Perform precision grading for new road pavements, re-sheeting, and construction, while maintaining unsealed roads, road shoulders, open drains, and general road maintenance.
  • Equipment Servicing and Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is serviced and maintained in line with Council policies, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Final Trim Grading for road and drainage construction/maintenance.
  • Current Construction Safety Induction Card (White Card).
  • Valid Plant Operator Tickets/Certificates of Competency.
