Nurse Care Coordinator

The Enrolled Nurse (EN with Endorsement) plays a key role in supporting a registered nurse in the delivery of high-quality patient care, as outlined by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) standards.
This role requires contemporary clinical knowledge and experience in general medical and surgical nursing or a passion to learn and work with medical and surgical patient groups.
About You:- You are expected to have a high level of communication skills and be able to escalate issues to a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife when necessary.
- Consistently delivering high levels of service is essential for patients, parents, caregivers, and families. Demonstrating rapport-building skills, listening skills, and empathy is crucial for building trust and effective relationships.
- Self-management skills, flexibility, and adaptability are also essential for this role, as you will need to manage unexpected changes and challenges that arise during your shift.
- Respect for patients' unique and diverse needs is paramount, and providing quality, safe patient-centred care is fundamental to this role.
- A commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices is essential for delivering exceptional care and services.
