Job Title: SSU Project Delivery Lead

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled SSU Project Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Site Start-Up department, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of site start-up projects from award to site activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues pertaining to site start-up, project regulatory pathway, and successful patient enrollment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in alignment with their assigned projects.
  • Provide oversight of all project SSU deliverables, including start-up regulatory activities, delivery of executed clinical trial agreements, and establishment of essential document collection.
  • Develop plans in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and/or sponsor-scoped processes.
  • Prepare and present overall SSU strategy and status at client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Higher Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years CRO industry experience and/or a minimum 3 years' experience working in a SSU, or clinical trial environment.
  • Experience with leading/co-leading at least 5 studies from award and into maintenance.
  • Excellent understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and ICH GCP.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
