Leadership Role

The Proactive Services Team Lead is responsible for ensuring stores are in pristine condition and trolleys are available for use.

This position requires a full-time salaried individual who can work across various shifts, collaborating with stakeholders to provide outstanding service. The role involves developing leadership skills by taking on people-related tasks and coaching team members in cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coaching and training team members
- Creating rosters to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered
- Working with Store Leadership to identify challenges and areas of opportunity
- Developing succession plans through coaching to increase productivity and satisfaction
- Managing time and attendance activities, ordering consumables within allocated budgets, and maintaining a safe working environment
- Participating in the Proactive Services Team to provide cleaning and trolley collection services.

Necessary Skills:

- Ambitious mindset, love of retail, and passion for people
- Flexibility to work in different environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
- Good eye for cleanliness and small details
- Physical fitness to handle physically demanding tasks, maintaining a safe working environment
- Organised to ensure equipment and supplies are readily available for team members
- Ability to work within a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct)
- Valid Australian driver's license
