We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Medical Office Coordinator. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for handling registrations, bookings, and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient registrations, bookings, and queries via phone and face-to-face
- Operate our booking system and manage scheduling efficiently
- Assist with back-office activities, such as data entry and reporting
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying databases/systems
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role (medical or healthcare experience desirable)
