Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care home.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
  • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing tertiary qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 5 years of relevant nurse leadership/management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, strengthened standards, and AN-ACC processes
  • Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including rostering and financial oversight
  • Collaborative, compassionate leadership style and excellent communication skills
