Installation Management Position

 

The Installation Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of installations across various sectors.

This key position demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless installation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving quality standards.

A strong background in window and door installation is essential, along with experience in managing installation teams and overseeing site surveys. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in installation management, multi-tasking, and working under tight deadlines. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation is required to excel in this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for all facets of the Installations Department
  • Effective scheduling and management of installation teams
  • Department cost control
  • Hiring, training, and performance managing Teams
  • Organising sub-contract services
  • Ensuring a collaborative approach to clients
  • Supporting installation teams on site
  • Completing site surveys to a high level of accuracy
  • Ensuring defect-free completion of projects
  • Quality Culture
  • Implementing on-site WHS
  • Developing policies & procedures that provide a continuous improvement culture and environment
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Providing weekly management reports

 

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in installation management or similar roles, with carpentry skills being an added advantage.
