Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Field Delivery team as Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the telecommunications industry, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

As a Trainee, you will be responsible for providing technical service, solutions and support to our customers, assisting in the provision of high-quality products and services that meet their needs. You will have the opportunity to work with various technologies and systems, developing your problem-solving skills and building a strong foundation in telecommunications.

This role offers a comprehensive training program, including certification and licencing requirements, to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this field. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess excellent customer service skills and are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical service and support to customers
  • Assisting in the installation and activation of telecommunications products and services
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Participating in on-the-job training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Be physically fit for the role
  • Have the ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
  • Undergo a police check
  • Hold professional and polite communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Possess a positive attitude and safety-first approach
  • Be technically minded

About the Role:

This is a Fixed-term role for 12 months, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry. We have several positions available across the country, with opportunities for relocation.

To be Considered:

You will need to hold a current driver's licence, be physically fit for the role, have the ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening, and undergo a police check. You must also possess professional and polite communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and have a positive attitude and safety-first approach.
