About the Role

This is a senior-level PMO Analyst position that requires high-quality governance, project management, and reporting skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in these areas within the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Driving Governance: The PMO Analyst will drive high-quality governance through superior quality assurance and management of project reporting and governance forums.
  2. Maintenance of ToRs: The analyst will maintain and review Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Project Governance Forums to ensure effectiveness.
  3. Project Reporting: The PMO Analyst will support project/program reporting requirements, including timely input to key reporting requirements across the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project/Program Office or PMO Analyst role within a financial services industry.
  • Key Skills: Extensive experience in PMO, including Executive/Project Steering Group reporting, RAID management, Finance management, Schedule management, Resource management, and Change (Scope) management.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced user of relevant computer software programs, including MS Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
