Director - Sustainability Reporting and Assurance Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our ESG Advisory & Assurance team at All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air. As a Director - Sustainability Reporting and Assurance, you will play a key role in helping our clients manage the risks and opportunities associated with non-financial issues, and to enhance all aspects of reporting and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with organisations to help them manage the risks and opportunities associated with non-financial issues, and to enhance all aspects of reporting and communication.
- Provide assurance services for overall non-financial disclosures to enhance the credibility of reported information.
- Collaborate with our Sustainability team to develop and implement effective ESG strategies and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in ESG and sustainability reporting.
**What You'll Need**
- Proven experience in ESG advisory and assurance, with a strong background in sustainability reporting and communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
