Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced business professional to join our team in a key account management role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to deliver more value.


Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk up and nurture long-lasting client partnerships
  • Manage a portfolio of active clients and ensure retention through proactive relationship-building and issue resolution
  • Conduct product demonstrations and identify new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Review systems, conduct health checks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely project delivery and meet client expectations
  • Stay informed about market trends and client needs to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations

Requirements
  • Proven background in account management, sales, or client-facing roles with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy and a keen interest in software solutions that can drive business outcomes
