Environmental Stewardship Manager

Our organization is dedicated to sustainable practices and initiatives that positively impact the environment and society. We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Professional to develop, implement, and manage our sustainability strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute comprehensive sustainability plans aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments and audits to measure environmental impact and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
- Analyze and report on sustainability performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about trends, regulations, and developments in sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) arenas.
- Develop and present reports on sustainability performance for internal stakeholders and external disclosures.
- Foster stakeholder engagement, including investors, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability initiatives.
- Support obtaining sustainability certifications and maintaining compliance with ESG-related regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Environmental Science, Business, or Sustainability.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to making a positive impact on the environment and society.
