Job Summary

Mimaki Australia is a global leader in the production of wide-format inkjet printers and cutting systems, serving various markets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering on-site technical support for Mimaki products across assigned regions

- Diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and system configuration issues

- Collecting and analyzing relevant data to efficiently address and close support service requests

- Collaborating with fellow Service Technicians to achieve timely issue resolution

- Maintaining customer service records in call tracking systems

- Participating in conference calls and remote sessions to support issue resolution as needed

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Requirements Include:

- Solid understanding of networks, PCs, operating systems, and software in print/scan environments

- Strong commitment to customer service excellence

- Excellent communication and time management abilities

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Logical and analytical problem-solving mindset

- Possession of a current Australian Driver's Licence

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a technician, preferably involving printers, photocopiers, or similar business equipment

Experiences are not essential, but applicants with experiences are preferred.
