**Job Opportunity: Experienced Mechanic Wanted**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with buses and other vehicles
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
  • Inspect and report on vehicle condition to identify potential problems
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) essential
  • Certificate III in commercial vehicle mechanical technology or above; or 4-5 years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar role
  • Experience in service and maintenance of vehicles; training provided
  • Adherence to WHS regulations and company policies; strong communication skills
  • Be team-oriented with a proactive approach and a drive for continuous improvement
