Financial Performance and Analysis Manager

This is a senior-level role responsible for driving the company's financial performance and analysis function.

The successful candidate will act as a key business partner to the finance team, working with them to understand business performance, support period reporting, and participate in various projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop budget and forecast methodologies that drive optimal commercial outcomes.
  2. Prepare quarterly forecast processes for the company.
  3. Consolidate the annual budget for the entire organization, including cash flow, balance sheet, covenants, and provide insightful analysis focusing on business drivers.
  4. Consolidate quarterly forecasts, including cash flow, balance sheet, and covenants.
  5. Support treasury scenarios, cash flow, and covenants.
  6. Consolidate capex and investment plans, analyzing month-end vs. budget/forecast, providing insights for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Commerce with a focus on Finance/Accounting.
  • Registered CA / CPA with a minimum of 7 years' experience in similar roles within large organizations or from audit.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify and automate processes.
  • Proficiency in systems including source systems, ERPs, and reporting tools, with strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks and drive actions across the team.
  • Good technical financial accounting knowledge, especially in cash flow preparation.
