About the Role

  • The Human Resources Manager provides operational leadership of workplace relations, HR business partnering and advisory services.
  • They also provide specialist advice and recommendations to Executive and senior leadership on a wide range of contemporary operational HR activities.

About You

  • A sophisticated level of interpretation of legislation and industrial instruments in a complex employment framework.
  • Extensive experience in leading workplace relations, HR business partnering and rostering projects in a large complex environment.
  • Success in identifying and analysing service needs to plan and develop an efficient human resources service.
  • Ability to establish clear strategic and operational planning frameworks and performance standards.
  • Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills appropriate to a large and diverse organisation.
