Job Overview
Senior Electronics Engineers lead the design and development of electrical systems from early architecture decisions to production-grade execution. They work on emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robots designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to people who need it most.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer with 5+ years of professional electronics engineering experience in high-speed board design and robust power regulation/distribution. Proficiency in Altium (or equivalent) for schematic and PCB layout is required, as well as comprehensive hands-on experience in circuit analysis, debugging, and validation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, along with proficiency in embedded programming (C, Rust, or equivalent). They will also have an in-depth understanding of short-circuit protection, switching power supplies, and innovative power management methods for battery-driven and high-current systems.

Responsibilities include architecting and delivering production-ready electronics, collaborating closely with mechanical, software, and industrial design teams, owning schematic and PCB layout, conducting in-depth circuit analysis and debugging, supporting transition to volume manufacturing, writing embedded firmware, leading design reviews and mentoring junior engineers.

The successful candidate will have a passion for mentoring junior engineers, championing rigorous design reviews, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
