  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to families and swimmers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the business.
  • Program delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality learn-to-swim programs, including lesson planning and execution.
