  • Lead the biodiversity function and mentor junior staff members
  • Deliver expert ecological advice and produce detailed technical reports
  • Maintain BAM accreditation through active project involvement
  • Secure new ecology-focused projects across NSW
  • Oversee project finances, reporting, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct fieldwork, data collection, and analysis in accordance with NSW regulations
  • Foster collaboration among disciplines on large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects
